Area Information
Beautiful pool overlooking the sea wall and Ocean. There are not many high rises and so the traffic is low. The Beaches are clean and beautiful. The restaurants are nice and not as expensive as South Florida. The shopping is great. Visit Viera for the modern shopping or Historic Downtown Melbourne for the quaint shops and boutiques. 2 beautiful golf courses nearby and very reasonably priced. In fact they are a bargain compared to most of Florida courses. Close to a major airport. Only 15 minutes to Melbourne International and about 50 miles from Orlando International Airport.
